The candidate should inform the conference organization with valid reason in the registration form. In such case the conference certificate and proceedings will be sent to the respective author by Email or Post.

A project batch can participate in the conference by paying 2950 INR. The batch may consist of 2 or 5 students / Faculties / Research Scholar. For additional authors they have to pay 500 INR each. Each registered author will receive a certificate and each batch will receive the conference proceedings.

Only one author can participate in this category. They will be provided with certificates, one hard copy and one soft copy of the conference proceedings and one kit.

UG/PG Student / Faculty / Research Scholar (INR 2200)

Here the members who are going to present their paper at the conference must pay a sum of Rs 2200 for the main author (compulsory) and each co‑author shall pay Rs 1800 (refer question 2). The certificate, kit and proceeding (hard copy and soft copy) will be provided to all the authors who are registered.

UG/PG Students / Faculties / Research Scholar (INR 2950)

Here the batch can participate in the conference by paying 2950 INR. The batch can consist of 2 or 5 students. Authors (students) will be receiving certificates, one hard copy and one soft copy of the conference proceedings. This scheme is specially for final‑year projects.

The author who submits the registration form and fee is treated as the registered author.

Twelve minutes for each presentation and three minutes for question session.

Participants should bring a copy of their college ID card and the presentation in a pen drive (preferable).

Yes, all registered papers will be published in international journal for free. For Scopus indexed, Web of Science, ANNA University Annexure 1, SCIE Journal additional fee is charged.

If the author wants to publish the paper (manuscript) in Scopus Indexed journals / Scopus indexed, ANNA University Annexure 1, SCIE Journal (additional), the author has to submit the paper in the format prescribed by the journal. After submission of the paper, if it satisfies the requirements of the journal standards, acceptance will be notified and the author has to pay a fee for publication. In such case the author must register for the conference and then proceed for journal registration.

The research paper should satisfy the standards of the journal.
